The Iconic Journey in CRE

A Legacy of Mentorship

From 2021 to 2025, Iconic Journey in CRE helped over 60 rising leaders through mentorship, tours, AMAs, mastermind groups, and a community of learning.

With my transition to Coe Enterprises and my upcoming move to New York, the IJCRE chapter closes — but its spirit continues through my writing, podcasting, and coaching.

With Gratitude

I want to offer a sincere thank-you to the sponsors, partners, and leaders who supported Iconic Journey in CRE over the past several years.

Your contributions—of capital, time, perspective, and people—made it possible to build a community grounded in mentorship, ethical leadership, and long-term thinking within the commercial real estate profession. What mattered most was not scale, but substance: thoughtful conversations, meaningful relationships, and the steady development of the next generation of leaders.

As the IJCRE community transitions into Station DC, the spirit of connection and shared learning continues in capable hands.

At the same time, my work moves forward through Coe Enterprises, which is now home to:

The Icons of DC Area Real Estate podcast

The weekly blog, including the ongoing Ethical Leadership series

A one-on-one career coaching curriculum for emerging and mid-career professionals

I am grateful for the trust and engagement that made this evolution possible.

Looking ahead, there are opportunities to stay involved—whether by sponsoring the Icons podcast, supporting long-form leadership storytelling, or referring professionals who may benefit from career coaching rooted in self-awareness, ethical judgment, and relationship-building in the CRE business.

Thank you for helping create something meaningful—and for continuing the journey.
